Limam found the late miles of his first marathon difficult, but encouragement from Running Club Tunis companions helped him continue. Meeting friends along the final stretch and seeing his sister at the finish made completing the race an emotional achievement.
A 2017 full-marathon account selected and published by Running Club Tunis. Limam says he was not formally a member but trained with its runners and coaches; the club relationship and grateful perspective are explicit. The summary retains his race experience without personal medical details. It does not establish current route or services.

Later, traffic and crowds made the return stressful, and unclear finish and awards arrangements were frustrating. A friend’s personal support helped her through the final miles, and she was pleased with a personal best.
A 2019 full-marathon account from a hometown runner. A friend accompanied her personally by motorcycle; that was not an included race service. She explicitly describes a changed two-loop course, so historical traffic, finish and awards problems do not establish current conditions. No race sponsorship is stated.
Hata enjoyed seeing familiar runners on the out-and-back sections and drew energy from club cheering groups. Long gradual climbs required effort, but he was delighted to finish without walking in4:31. His club’s company and encouragement made the day especially rewarding.
A translated 2024 full-marathon report by Hata, a Shenzhen Mousoukai club participant who also coordinated club logistics and the post-race gathering. Club encouragement dominates the account; other members’ appended comments are not separate independent sources. His personal fueling and medication choices are not advice, and later routes or services may differ.
Anton praised plentiful drinks and helpful young volunteers. Darkness hid central landmarks, narrow two-way sections were awkward, and motor traffic intruded as morning arrived. Bridge climbs, humidity and his own knee pain slowed him; long eastern stretches offered little scenery.
A Marathon4you contributor’s 2018 full-marathon report during a multi-race trip. His knee injury limited his run. Traffic, route and aid observations describe that edition, not current arrangements.

A 2014 full-marathon account by David of Goal-Oriented Runner, a Marathon Maniacs/Globetrotters member. The host hotel and resort arrangements were personal travel choices. Historical aid, massage priority and food do not establish current benefits, and the current organizer homepage timed out during this check.

It covers the lower staircase descent, not the full staircase ascent or repeated endurance laps, current conditions or event support.

Event context · see format details
Bobby Bell reports that a government shutdown complicated planning for the 2025 event. He describes the family donation that covered the post-race barbecue and praises the serving Troopers and volunteers who helped the event happen.
Community opinion; participation and firsthand experience are not established. Organizer-affiliated operational reflection on the 2025 mixed-distance event. Bell was a Blackhorse Association board and marketing representative present that weekend; his account is not independent athlete satisfaction and does not establish that he ran. The planning difficulty, barbecue funding and praise for support staff concern that edition, without assessing any current course, distance-specific services or runner performance.

Event context · see format details
On a short walk with Sandra, Donnie found the park trail easy and a pleasant place to unwind. He enjoyed the scenery and described the surroundings as beautiful and well kept. His account covers the short natural-surface park section, rather than the longer paved greenway to the north.
Perspective: course preview outside the race; race-day execution is not established. Outside-race walking context from a personal video published in April 2023; the actual outing date is unknown. It concerns only the short natural-surface park section shared with the current map. Donnie did not cover the longer paved greenway, and this account does not review a full marathon, race services or current conditions. The same walker and physical segment are reused for two seasonal listings, rather than counted as independent athlete reviews. Auto-generated captions may contain errors.
Jake Smallcomb liked the appearance of Commons Park’s perimeter paths.
Community opinion; participation and firsthand experience are not established. Attributed community context about the perimeter paths at Commons Park. Only the outer western, northern and eastern shoreline portions shared by the published race route are relevant here. His broad appraisal does not isolate every shared section, and the race does not use all perimeter, inner or southern paths. Attendance, firsthand traversal and the visit date and year are unverified. This is not a race or marathon review, evidence of current conditions, or a review of the whole route. The same writer and source are reused for two calendar entries, rather than two independent accounts.

Jennifer preferred giving runners one overall time allowance to complete their loops.
Community opinion; participation and firsthand experience are not established. A brief pre-race community opinion in a public Lost Souls planning discussion. Jennifer asked about hourly starts and then agreed that an overall time limit would work best. Her attendance, affiliation and firsthand course experience are not established. The organizer was still considering the time allowance; the current registration specifies eight hours. This concerns proposed race structure, not a completed race, course difficulty, conditions, services or safety. No numerical rating is inferred.
