What racers and reviewers say

  • CyclizingRaced 2023 · blog · Positive

Sixth full IRONMAN. Fast uncrowded wetsuit river swim under 50 minutes, mostly rolling bike through Georgia countryside, comfortable temperatures, quiet early run that faded as fatigue grew. Gels every 20 minutes and cola after mile 13 worked fine.

“IRONMAN is hard! That's my takeaway from this race.”
