沈乌贼 (Shen Wuzei)
Shen liked being able to greet friends on the out-and-back course and see the route ahead. Contrary to its flat-course reputation, he noticed gentle descents that became climbs on the return. An overly fast start and a cold made the final 12 km difficult; encouragement helped him reach the finish.
Source context and limitations
A Chinese-language full-marathon report by Shen Wuzei on Codoon. The race year is unverified. He raced while ill and started too fast, so his struggle is personal context. The out-and-back description is historical; no current course or medical advice is inferred.
