  Anja enjoys the hanging obstacles and a good day with OCR friends but does not rank Lake Run among her favourites. She criticizes obstacle queues, inconsistent wave warmups, wayfinding and baggage arrangements, while noting that earlier negative hearsay did not match everything she experienced.

Her reported 35–40 minutes waiting is personal tracking, not a timing audit; qualification/results and claims of clearing hanging obstacles are not satisfaction scores or proof of every obstacle. • Am Teigelhof 4 is the original navigation/parking address at the ice-sports centre, not verified exact start coordinates. Older high obstacle counts differ between header/body; the 2019 page instead advertises 30/44/51. No exact independently measured count or unchanged route is inferred.
