Tom enjoyed a calm sea swim before rain made the steep Great Orme bike descents difficult. After a dropped chain and cautious descending he completed the hilly out-and-back run, pleased with his finish.
Reported format: Standard; 1.5 km sea swim /35 km bike /10 km run.
