Marathon

Paul and Leah loved the scenery, easy logistics and friendly atmosphere. They enjoyed company on the course and found the final climb manageable despite tired legs. Black flies were a nuisance before race day, and they appreciated the personal stadium-oval finish and awards.

The runner found Moosehead's hills much harder than expected, but praised bib pickup, aid-station placement and volunteers. Support from friends and volunteers helped them complete a difficult first marathon, and they wanted to return better prepared.
