2026 Short 3K / Standard 12K / Sprint 400m
Enjoys a course that suits her and describes a memorable weekend across Friday’s short race, Saturday’s standard course and Sunday’s sprint, when she had little energy left.
The club’s 15 July 2026 entry describes the three-day weekend, corroborated by the organizer’s 3–5 July programme and federation calendar. Sarah’s placings and retained bands are personal reports, not independently verified results. Her earlier Torshälla DNF is not assigned to the separate May event without an exact date. Entry funding is unstated. This one selected account supplies no overall score and does not rate the 2027 distances.
Johan Hägg and Malin Reisner / selected Sports Club OCR participants · 2024
2024 Short Course — nominal 3K; watch estimates near 4K
Johan describes uneven ground, wet grass and slippery grips, with a longer outing than the short-course label suggested. Malin enjoys the mix of running and obstacle strength and praises the competitive atmosphere and spectators.
The complete 11 July 2024 club report identifies the Friday Short Course in Torshälla and names Krusegårdsparken. That historical property spelling does not establish the 2027 start. The nominal three kilometres versus watches near four is a participant estimate. Both selected accounts share one publication; exact raced day, measurements, funding and results are unverified. The report supplies no overall number and does not assess the later programme.

14 August 2022 RM OCR Sprint at Backamo; club reports 650 m
Bäckström says he felt unexpectedly strong after racing the previous day, but still found the short gaps between obstacles demanding. Abrahamsson enjoyed the closely contested sprint and says that this format lets her perform at her best.
Complete relevant original written federation report and both direct winner exchanges, published 15 August 2022 for the previous Sunday’s RM OCR Sprint at Backamo camp outside Ljungskile. The club independently describes the Sunday course as 650 m. These are two selected winners in one containing source, not two independent reports or representative finisher opinions. The article inconsistently uses SM in some prose; its headline and the club call the event RM, retained here. Personal entry funding and all-obstacle completion are not independently verified. The Saturday five-kilometre race, its separate two-vote numerical rating and the current 2027 programme are not evaluated by these sprint quotations. Results and praise are not converted into numerical ratings.

Perspective: race official; this is not a finisher review. A race director’s retrospective in a May 2023 local newspaper guide about the 2022 event. This is an organizer’s perspective, with selection bias. Unnamed runner praise is secondhand; it does not establish a participant review or a specific ultra-distance experience.

Westy enjoyed the park, forest trails and views, but the sustained climb and altitude were harder than expected. He became confused about aid-station mileages, ran out of water late and reported an absent final station. His pacing and hydration mistakes compounded a difficult six-hour finish.
A personal runner’s 2008 full-marathon report during a family road trip. He acknowledges misremembering station locations and pacing too hard; the late aid concern remains his account. The old course and support pattern may differ today.
Katy Renner, quoted by David Markham / JCPRD · 2025
Event context · see format details
Race director Katy Renner says weather prevented the planned 2025 adult-and-kids multisport weekend from fully coming to life: the Sunday kids race was rained out. She describes the combined format as reducing repeated setup and teardown.
Perspective: event staff; this affiliated account is not an independent participant review. Staff retrospective about the 2025 weekend in a July 30, 2026 organizer interview. Renner is affiliated with the race; this is event context, not an independent athlete review. Her relayed comments from unnamed participants are not counted as firsthand participant feedback. All two complete original cards read. Native edition labels are 2021/2022, with later publication dates and no verified raced day, distance or historical street address. Both self-report one attendance; no independent verification is claimed. One course subscore is lower than the writer’s overall five stars. Counted as one containing page, not a representative two-athlete sample; no evidence is transferred to Halloween or the 2027 course.
