In a later follow-up to an entry question, the author explicitly reports a DNF after struggling with very technical boulder fields and missing the fifth aid cutoff. They found the afternoon heat difficult but felt the event was well run. The specific raced year is not stated; speculative pre-race comments are not counted as experiences.
